ECON 578 Sustainable Finance and Impact Investing

This course explores the landscape for sustainable finance and impact investment. It explores how new approaches to financial activity are changing the landscape of how organizations, especially small and medium organizations can fund their operations. It pays special attention to the role of impact entrepreneurship and its connections to climate change, sustainable development, venture capital, angel investors, and ecosystems.

Open to students in the M.A. in Applied Economics program. Other students must request permission to enroll through the Department of Economics.
