MGT 410 Conflict Resolution

Offered in the Fall and Spring Semesters. This course teaches the foundational concepts in conflict resolution. The course teaches the ability to structure and execute complex solutions strategically utilizing various approaches from the Bible to modern day texts. Different approaches to conflict are studied, analyzed, and discussed, incorporating multidimensional thinking and analyzing; This highly interactive course delves into strategic systems of thinking and resolving conflict that drive success in multiple arenas, especially in managing employees and dealing with personal conflict. The course delivers an approach to crucial conversations when stakes are high. The course discusses negotiating skills, including contract negotiations.
