TRS 510BPY Introduction to the Catechism of the Catholic Church:B

This course introduces students to the third part of the Catechism of the Catholic Church, "Life in Christ." The course explores the dignity imparted by faith which calls Christians to lead a life "worthy of the Gospel of Christ." It surveys the features of the moral life and the means available to the Christian to live such a life, primarily the grace of Christ and the gifts of the Holy Spirit. It concludes with a deeper examination of the Ten Commandments and their bearing on the virtuous life.
