MSM 605 Program Development in Non-Profit/Non-Governmental Organizations

The course is about how a nonprofit or non-governmental organization meets the needs of its clients through the programs it develops. The focus of the course is on developing an understanding how leaders establish program goals and guidelines, plan ways in which the organization's services will be distributed and create ways to track a program's success. The emphasis of the course resides on identifying clear-cut guidelines and verifiable success rates that are critical to obtaining grants and other donations.
