SOC 358H Aesthetics and Society (Honors)

This course examines the complex relationship between aesthetic phenomena and social structures. Through a methodical exploration grounded in sociology, anthropology, and psychology, we aim to uncover the underlying mechanisms by which aesthetic values are formed, negotiated, and perpetuated within various cultural and social contexts around the world. This section is for Honors students only and will require additional assignments as designated by the instructor.
