ARAB 106 Intensive Intermediate Arabic Review
This course is an online intensive review of second-year, intermediate-level Arabic. Students acquire vocabulary for everyday interactions and drill reading and analyzing a wider range of texts in Arabic, including course schedules and travel itineraries. In addition to reviewing Al-Kitaab Part 1 and beginning with Arabiyyat al-Naas, students participate in listening exercises and deliver presentations throughout the course. Students practice Levantine colloquial Arabic through exposure to songs, videos, and films; the course emphasizes practice in communication with educated native speakers.
