Research Scholars (intended exclusively for STEM students)

Research Scholars will be placed in a match program to be assigned to a research lab during their first year. They will then take a one credit mentorship course during the spring of their freshman year. This course would allow students to present their research to faculty and students, consider the broad implications of their work, and receive professional development.

Research Scholars in the School of Engineering would take PHIL 362 Professional Ethics in Engineering or a discipline-specific ethics course.

Research Scholars in other schools would choose two additional courses from the following list:
