NURS 755D2 Adult Gerontology Acute Care Practicum 2

This clinical practicum focuses on developing the APRN skills necessary for managing common episodic and chronic health conditions, including assessment, diagnosis and management of the adult-gerontology patient population in acute care settings while incorporating age appropriate, culturally sensitive health maintenance based upon patient preferences, values and beliefs.
