EDUC 445 Contemporary Issues in Education
A seminar on the current issues in American education including the political, social, economic, and religious goals of education; controversies regarding control, financing and reform of American education; and other issues such as equal educational opportunity, school choice, educational evaluation, and the profession of teaching. Students will have an opportunity to suggest additional topics of interest.
