This course provides an essential overview of sport psychology, focusing on the mental and emotional aspects that influence athletic performance and physical activity. Students will explore key concepts such as motivation, confidence, focus, mental toughness, and the impact of stress and anxiety on performance. Through practical applications and theoretical frameworks, the course will examine how psychological techniques can enhance athletes' performance, support recovery, and improve well-being. Topics include goal setting, visualization, mindfulness, team dynamics, and leadership within sports.
