MGT 518 Management Communications

Effective communication is a cornerstone of successful management and leadership. This course, "Management Communications," equips students with the essential skills and strategies to convey ideas, influence others, and drive organizational success. Through a combination of theoretical frameworks and practical applications, students will learn to (1)Develop clear and persuasive written and oral communications. (2)Navigate and resolve conflicts through effective dialogue. (3)Harness the power of nonverbal communication to enhance interpersonal interactions.
