UGS 402 Mission Command/The Company Grade Officer

The capstone course of Army ROTC Cadet's Development prior to assuming leadership roles within the US Army, National Guard or Army Reserve. Further emphasis is given to the specific tactical roles and responsibilities of Army Officer Specialties. The course includes a laboratory in applied leadership and the military decision making process.
