PSY 481 Qualitative Research Methods
How do researchers capture information that can't be represented numerically? This course will review methods of conducting qualitative research, which aims to gain deeper insight into real-world problems. Topics will include types of qualitative research, sampling, designing and conducting a qualitative interview or focus group, analyzing qualitative data, and ethics. This course offers hands-on experience with designing qualitative research questions and analyzing qualitative data.
