CSC 113B Computational Biosciences Institute
This course is an introductory level (first year university) computer science course, teaching the elements of computer programming using Matlab scientific computing software. Many biomedical applications are presented including the use of real medical imaging and other biomedical research image datasets. The course is graded and for credit, but is part of a residential pre-college camp intended for juniors and seniors in high school.
