ACCT 422 Advanced Auditing
Fall Semester only. Targets tasks and procedures performed by an experienced auditor on a client engagement. Learn to effectively perform audit procedures such as analytical procedures and fraud procedures. Additional topics include: updating internal control documentation, performing "walk-throughs", price testing of inventory, valuation testing for accounts receivable, and analysis of lease transactions. Also, provides skill training on select key foundational skills necessary for success in the public accounting profession.
