Topics include foreign exchange markets and balance of payments statistics, multinational banking and Eurocurrency markets, the monetary approach to balance of payments adjustments, internal and external balance through monetary and fiscal policy, the international monetary system, the need for a national monetary system and the need for a new international economic order.
